Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig for a Housekeeping Utility professional. The Housekeeping Utility professional will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas, performing laundry tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning common areas, restocking supplies, handling cleaning equipment, and addressing any housekeeping-related inquiries from clients. The role may also involve training new staff members on proper housekeeping procedures and practices.

Qualifications

  • Housekeeping and Laundry skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Training staff members
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
