The Driver/Messenger/Utility (Operations Staff) will provide essential support to the operations team by handling various tasks, including transportation of documents and materials, company driver, site general utility assistance (basic troubleshooting) and housekeeping. This role requires a reliable and versatile individual with a CAN DO ATTITUDE who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Description:

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Safely operate company vehicles for the transportation of employees, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company driving policies.

MESSENGER DUTIES:

  • Collect and deliver documents, packages, and other items between company locations and external parties.
  • Ensure timely and secure delivery of all items.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.

UTILITY TASKS:

  • Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks around the office and site locations.
  • Support in setting up and organizing office spaces, meeting rooms, and event areas.
  • Handle minor repairs and coordinate with external contractors for larger maintenance needs.

HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES:

  • In lieu of other duties, support the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe and office.
  • Act as a reliever for the housekeeping team, in case of absences and understaffing incidents

OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

  • Assist in filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Support the operations team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy items.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
  • Positive CAN DO ATTITUDE and willingness to take on various tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
