About the Role

Playmate Leisure Solutions Corp. is looking for a talented and dynamic
Girl Dancing Group Lead
to manage, train, and oversee our in-house performance team. This role requires strong leadership, choreography skills, and the ability to manage performers in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Chinese-speaking and Taiwanese applicants are highly preferred due to our audience profile and internal coordination needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise the girl dancing performance team.
  • Plan, design, and implement dance routines and performance concepts.
  • Conduct regular rehearsals and ensure high-quality performance output.
  • Coordinate costume planning, performance schedules, and stage requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, events, and multimedia teams for shows and video content.
  • Evaluate dancers' performance and provide coaching or corrective guidance.
  • Ensure team discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Support talent recruitment and onboarding for new performers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a dance team leader, choreographer, or performer.
  • Strong background in modern dance, K-pop style, hip-hop, or commercial dance.
  • Ability to teach, mentor, and lead a dance group effectively.
  • Excellent stage presence and creative choreography skills.
  • Good communication skills;
    Mandarin-speaking or Taiwanese nationals preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Can work onsite and willing to follow entertainment production schedules.
