On behalf of of World famous ICT Company - Huawei, we are looking for experienced
Quality and Operations Engineer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the construction of the quality management system (QMS) at the Region Representative office, implement corporate's quality policy and strategy locally;
  • Responsible for quality leadership and quality culture building at the Region Representative Office, provide quality knowledge and quality tool empowerment training, etc.;
  • Coordinate with the business team to manage the customer satisfaction and conduct relevant improvement, responsible for internal quality audits, and external quality certifications;
  • Lead the resolution of cross-domain quality-related issues, organize improvements project for typical quality issues in various fields.

Preferred Requirement

Professional Qualification

  • Familiar with quality management systems based on ISO 9000/TL9000;
  • Has quality management knowledge, application of quality engineering tools and methods;
  • More than two years of experience in quality management, process operations, project management, etc. is preferred;
  • Proven ability to comprehend complex business scenarios.

Professional knowledge requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Business Management, or any related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken), bilingual proficiency in Chinese is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, and other office productivity tools;
  • Quick leaning ability, excellent communication & coordination skills, strong ability to drive improvement;
  • Strong logical thinking and strategic business perspective
