Job Purpose:

The AutoCAD Operator is responsible for preparing technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD software to support engineering and construction projects. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely delivery of design documents to meet project requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and revise 2D/3D drawings, blueprints, and schematics based on project specifications.
  • Interpret technical sketches, notes, and instructions provided by engineers and architects.
  • Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and client requirements.
  • Update and maintain drawing files, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to clarify design details.
  • Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings for construction and project handover.
  • Review and correct drawings for errors, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Ensure confidentiality of project designs and company data.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software (2D and 3D drafting).
  • Knowledge of engineering drawings, construction plans, and design standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or vocational/technical training in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 6 months experience as AutoCAD Operator (not required but this is a plus).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with occasional site visits.
  • Standard working hours, with overtime as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Use of computer-aided design software and office equipment.

  • Accuracy and quality of drawings.
  • Timeliness of deliverables.
  • Compliance with design standards and project specifications.
  • Efficiency in coordinating with project teams.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
