Job Summary
Pricing Coordination Assistant is responsible for post-programme financial administration, ensuring accurate purchase order creation, cost allocation, and audit-ready financial records at group level.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Program Financial Administration
- Prepare purchase orders for all operational expenses after program completion
- Allocate costs accurately to the correct group, cost center, and category
- Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant
- Submit purchase orders for review and approval by the Acting Operations Manager
- Forward approved purchase orders to Finance for posting
Accuracy & Compliance
- Follow agreed cost coding and allocation frameworks
- Maintain clear, accurate records for audit and inspection purposes
- Identify and escalate discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial administration
- Working knowledge of purchase order processes, cost coding, and basic finance procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in Excel and financial or administrative systems (ERP/accounting platforms preferred)
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with Operations and Finance teams
- Consistent process adherence with the ability to flag issues when needed
- Professional, reliable, and discreet when handling sensitive financial information
Experience Required
- Experience in administration, operations support, or a finance assistant role
- Hands-on experience preparing and processing purchase orders
- Experience with cost allocation, coding, or working with cost center and budgets (preferred)
- Experience working in structured environments with approvals and audit requirements
- Experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
