The Marketing Production Specialist is responsible for creating, producing all marketing collaterals, digital assets needed for local, tactical campaigns, and adaptation of global campaigns both for B2C and B2B channels. The Production Artist can also help identify creative opportunities and activities to support the marketing objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Output

  • Develops and produces materials to be adapted locally and marketing collaterals for tactical/ local campaigns that are aligned with the brand.

  • Creates and edits video materials as needed

  • Works with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas on how to communicate the campaign message

  • Creates and produces standard materials for all channels (i.e. price tags, catalogs, brochures)

Production

  • Coordinates with partner agencies for creative material requirements (Ad, PR, and Events Agency)

  • Coordinates with third party suppliers to produce high quality, excellent materials at a good cost, timely manner

  • Capable of developing/adapting materials from OOH to digital online, etc.

  • Acts as custodians for all creative materials/video materials produced, digital assets provided by HQ

Implementation and Coordination

  • Coordinates with Marketing, Retail, Trade, Ecomm, and B2B teams regarding marketing collaterals

  • Monitors all collaterals produced, digital assets needed for safekeeping are intact

Others

  • Special projects or tasks related to the position.

  • Assist Marketing team in implementing marketing activities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing in a similar role

  • Proficient in using PowerPoint, Photoshop, photo and video editing tools, and other creative apps.

  • With great communication and coordination skills

  • Has the ability to work on different digital platforms

  • Basic coding skills for Mailchimp platform – a plus
