As a Salesforce Developer within our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. The Role. You will play a key role in: Utilising your consulting and Salesforce skills to deliver technical knowledge and implementation experience across Salesforce tools, offerings, and products. Developing with Apex, Lightning components, and complex Salesforce configurations. Collaborating with the development team in analysing, designing, coding, and unit testing Salesforce solutions. Actively participating in development workstreams within projects. Using your expertise to guide clients in Salesforce best practices and improved ways of achieving goals. Working alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce professionals, supporting and knowledge sharing to develop expertise across the team. The Expertise. Knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and common AppExchange apps. Ability to understand client business problems and develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address their needs. Proven experience with Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, API/Web Services, and declarative programming techniques. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations. DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as Git. Certifications in Platform Developer II; Sales Cloud; Service Cloud; or Community Cloud. Other Relevant Information: Location: Taguig or Cebu Full RTO (Monday-Friday, Standard Office Hours) About us.
