- Oversee all aspects of retail operations including supply chain, merchandising, inventory management, customer service, and logistics.

- Collaborate with the CFO to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Protect and enhance the brand's reputation while ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience across all channels.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, maintaining strong relationships with vendors, regulators, and the broader business community.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior executive leadership role within the retail industry.
- Deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, and customer experience across physical and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and organizational leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and track record of driving profitability and growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading cultural transformation, digital innovation, or turnaround initiatives is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
