Legal Assistant

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support in transacting with Government agencies such as BIR, Registry of Deeds, Provincial; City; and Municipal Assessors Offices, Treasury Office, SEC and PSA related to title transfers and property issues
- Conduct due diligence and research on raw land property for acquisition
- Support in HLURB, LTS and CR (DHSUD) Applications
- Provides support in DENR Transactions such as DAR Clearance application, patent titling application, conversion and reclassification of properties from agricultural to residential
- Provides support in handling Building Permits, Occupancy Permit, Title Transfer, TD Transfer, Utilities Application and NWRB Cases
- Executes and Monitors compliance of the company with different government agencies
- Keeps cases organized by creating a systematic documentation and filing
- Keeps management informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress while providing administrative support.
- Maintains a good relations with government agencies
- Prepares reports and documents for compliance
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelors in Law, Political Science, Real Estate Management or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field
- Willing to work in Makati City with occasional visits to Government Agencies
- Knowledge in corporate law, labor law and finance is an advantage
- Creative, resourceful with good PR and communication skills
- Keen on document preparation and Proofreading
- Organized with excellent comprehension skills.
