About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Hospital Operations Head. In this capacity, you will be responsible for leading our administrative operations and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare or related fields
  • Knowledge of ISO/Quality Management systems is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a people-first mindset
  • A proactive leader who can balance operational needs with strategic goals
