· Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing or mechanical system.

· Perform related test on MEP system and devices.

· Operates MEP system and log various operating parameters.

· Quickly identify and rectify problems and escalate as necessary.

· Prepare and administer relevant registers.

· Assist to respond to reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.

· Prepare incident reports

Maintain a strict schedule in order to be successful in the assignment.

Qualifications;

  • Must be a vocational or trade school graduate in electrical, AC or plumbing technology.
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in the set-up/installation, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing or mechanical system.
  • Just have NC2 certification from TESDA or related agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php750.00 per day
