Job Opening: Graphic Designer (Creative Production Specialist)

Location: Remote - FULL TIME

Salary Range (Based on Experience):

  • 0–2 years: ₱35,000 – ₱40,000
  • Mid-Level (2–4 years): ₱40,000 – ₱65,000
  • Senior Level (5+ years): ₱65,000 – ₱80,000

About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-performing, visually compelling static creatives for Meta advertising platforms. If you understand what makes users stop scrolling, engage, and convert through strong design and messaging, this role is for you.

You'll work closely with our account manager and marketing team to design performance-driven visuals for paid social campaigns, ensuring all creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. We are specifically looking for someone who has previously worked—or is currently working—with a marketing agency, or has experience supporting a US-based company.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design scroll-stopping static ads for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Create high-quality visual assets such as product images, carousel ads, promotional graphics, and branded marketing materials.
  • Develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and media teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Optimize designs based on performance feedback and creative insights.
  • Stay updated on design trends, social advertising best practices, and Meta platform guidelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Support additional design needs such as email graphics, landing page visuals, and social media content when needed.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in paid social advertising or eCommerce.
  • Previous or current experience working with a marketing agency OR a US-based company is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response design principles and social media ad performance.
  • Ability to create visuals that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing static ad creatives, branding, and marketing designs.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working in a performance marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other collaborative design tools.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and creative optimization.
  • Interest in data-driven design and continuous creative improvement.
