Social Media Virtual Assistant – C2 English

Job Overview:
We're looking for a Social Media VA who is fluent in English (C2 level or native) and can think strategically, not just post generically. This role starts part-time (10–20 hrs/week) with the option to grow into full-time as we scale.

You'll help us build content that resonates with concrete contractors across the U.S.—not with random quotes or filler content, but with posts that add value, show real results, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Research our niche (concrete contractors, local service businesses) and create relevant, targeted content

Write captions and social posts that connect with our audience (not fluff)

Draft video scripts and request clips from the business owner when needed

Organize a content calendar and plan consistent social output

Suggest creative angles, value-based content ideas, and performance-focused strategies

Must-Have Skills & Traits:
English fluency (C2 or native level) — must be confident in both writing and speaking

Proven experience creating original social media content (not ChatGPT copy-paste or generic templates)

A portfolio of real examples — 3 to 5 required

Strategic thinker: You understand why content converts, not just how to make it pretty

Initiative: You're proactive and don't wait to be told what to post

Familiarity with Canva, Notion, or social schedulers like Metricool or Buffer

Bonus Points (Not Required but Preferred):
Experience with blue-collar, construction, or contractor-related brands

Short-form video content knowledge (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)

Performance marketing exposure (e.g., Facebook Ads or Google Ads)
