US General Accountant

A US-based start-up healthcare company is building its shared services team here in the Philippines, and we want you to be a part of it
The General Accountant will perform a variety of general accounting functions and support the Accounting Supervisor to ensure the adequacy of internal controls and the efficiency of procedures and processes within the Accounting department, which assists in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and accounting.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a general accounting role, preferably within a shared services environment.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred.
Solid knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
- Experience with various accounting software is a plus.
- Amenable to work night shift and onsite/hybrid setup in BGC.
