General Accounting Analyst- US Shared Service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or comparable discipline (required)
  • 2+ year of experience in a general accounting function ( required)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Knowledgeable in USGAAP is desired

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain general ledger accounts in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries and supporting schedules
  • Perform variance analysis and report material fluctuations
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and cash accounts within required timelines
  • Coordinate with US counterparts (CFOs, financial analysts, local finance teams)
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
  • Assist in internal and external audit requests
  • Investigate and resolve reconciling items and provide audit support
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement enhancements

Work Set up:

  • Hybrid set up after 3 months, 3x a week onsite
  • Open to any shift (Mid/nightshift)
