  1. Interpretation & Translation (Primary Role)

  2. Provide interpretation for the Japanese Representative (non-English speaker) during internal meetings, trainings, and external coordination

  3. Translate training manuals, SOPs, reports, and documents submitted to Japan HQ (JP EN)
  4. Assist in preparing and managing required documents and submissions

  5. Handle document control and file management

  6. Operational Support During the Absence of Japanese Staff (Secondary Role)

  7. As the company is in its start-up phase, flexibility to support various departments is required.

QA support

  • HR support (recruitment assistance, document management, etc.)
  • Administrative tasks (general office admin, supplies management, visitor assistance, etc.)

※ Training and guidance will be provided; prior experience is not required.

Requirements:

  • Has Interpreter experience in Japanese manufacturing company
  • N3-N2 level, Japanese fluency is needed.
  • Can Read Kanji and Hiragana, translate in Japanese by using tools.
  • Open for challenge to other tasks (HR, QA and Admin)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
