International Marketing Executive

Position Summary:

The International Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance international visibility, strengthen brand equity, and support global business development initiatives.

This position plays a key role in promoting Camox's services and solutions to international markets by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring brand consistency across global channels. The role requires a blend of creative marketing, analytical skills, and cross-cultural communication expertise to help position Camox as a competitive and trusted global partner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Marketing & Planning

· Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing plans aligned with the company's global expansion objectives.

· Identify target international markets, assess opportunities, and formulate entry and growth strategies.

· Align international marketing activities with Camox's corporate goals, values, and branding guidelines.

· Prepare annual marketing budgets, forecasts, and reports for management review.

B. Market Research & Analysis

· Conduct continuous research on market trends, industry developments, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.

· Analyze and interpret data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks in international markets.

· Prepare market intelligence reports to guide the management and business development teams in strategic decision-making.

C. Business Development & Client Relations

· Support business development initiatives by identifying potential international clients, partners, and distributors.

· Coordinate and support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials customized for different regions or client profiles.

· Maintain communication with global partners to foster long-term business relationships and collaboration.

D. Digital Marketing & Brand Management

· Manage and oversee the company's digital presence across global online platforms, including social media, website, and international directories.

· Execute digital marketing campaigns targeting international audiences (SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email marketing).

· Collaborate with the creative team to produce culturally relevant and market-specific promotional content (videos, newsletters, case studies).

· Monitor and ensure consistent application of Camox's brand identity and corporate message across all marketing materials.

E. Events, Campaigns, and Public Relations

· Plan, organize, and coordinate participation in international trade fairs, exhibitions, webinars, and virtual summits.

· Develop marketing collateral, booth displays, and presentations for international events.

· Build partnerships with international agencies, media outlets, and associations to enhance global exposure.

· Represent the company at business events, conferences, or client meetings as required.

F. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

· Track key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, conversion rates, and brand engagement across international markets.

· Evaluate the ROI of marketing activities and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

G. Internal Coordination & Collaboration

· Work closely with the local and international business development teams to align goals and ensure unified market messaging.

· Coordinate with the design, communications, and HR departments for internal marketing and employer branding initiatives.

· Support the management team in preparing materials for investor relations or international stakeholder presentations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Growth in international leads and client inquiries.

· Increase in website traffic and engagement from target countries.

· Successful execution and ROI of global marketing campaigns.

· Expansion of brand visibility in key international markets.

· Accuracy and timeliness of market research reports.

· Quality of marketing content and alignment with brand standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or any related field.

· Master's Degree or certification in Digital Marketing or International Business is an advantage.

Experience:

· Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in international or B2B marketing, preferably in a multinational or export-oriented organization.

· Proven experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for international audiences.

· Background in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management across multiple regions.

Technical Skills:

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

· Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).

· Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.

· Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic presentation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
