  • Verifying and checking of acknowledgment and delivery receipts and invoices Checking counter billings for clients
  • System monitoring of sales orders and invoices.
  • Ledger monitoring
  • Reconciling disputes and document errors
  • Plan and manage daily shipping schedules and priorities based on production outputs and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and inventory teams to ensure the readiness of goods for dispatch.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading processes to minimize damage and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Manage and lead the shipping team, including drivers, loaders, and warehouse staff.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of shipping transactions, including delivery receipts, certificates of analysis, sales invoices, trip tickets, etc.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure delivery accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to address and resolve delivery-related inquiries or issues.
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customers by planning optimal shipment routes and schedules.
  • Prepare and present shipping performance reports, including key metrics such as delivery timeliness, shipping costs, and error rates.
