Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Budgeting

  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of the company's budget.
  • Support in developing financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for leasing and real estate projects.
  • Analyze project variances, provide insights, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Contribute to cost-control strategies by identifying inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  • Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in generating real estate performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, rental yields, and return on investment (ROI).

Financial Control & Compliance

  • Ensure financial transactions align with company policies, budgets, and industry regulations.
  • Assist in internal audits and compliance reviews to identify risks and discrepancies.
  • Support in maintaining financial controls to prevent overspending and ensure efficient fund utilization.

Support to the Head of Budget & Control

  • Provide research, data analysis, and financial insights to assist in decision-making.
  • Assist in the coordination of budget meetings, presentations, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Act as a liaison between the finance team and other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA or relevant certifications like CFA, CPA, CMA, are a plus).

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost-control (preferably in real estate or leasing).
  • Strong background in financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience using ERP systems, financial software, and budgeting tools.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, or financial management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Willing to relocate or work at Makati City
