About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila, WITH VARIOUS ACCOUNT OFFERED. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with or without prior BPO experience to develop their customer service skills and contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls
  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Actively listening to customers and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve processes
