About the role

The Philippine Football Federation is seeking a highly organised and driven Team Services Coordinator to join our team. In this contract position, you will be responsible for coordinating all logistical and administrative support for our national football teams as they compete both locally and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of our national teams and the development of football in the Philippines.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, for national team players, coaches, and staff
  2. Coordinate equipment, uniform, and other logistics required for training and matches
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for national team players and staff, addressing any questions or concerns
  4. Assist with the planning and execution of team camps, training sessions, and other events
  5. Collaborate with the sports medicine and performance teams to ensure optimal support for players
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to team activities and expenditures
  7. Provide administrative support to the national team coaching staff as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with players, coaches, and staff
  3. Experience in sports team logistics or event coordination, preferably in a football or other team sport environment
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with travel booking and expense management systems
  5. Fluency in English and Filipino, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to support team activities
