Territory Sales Supervisor

Job Description
- Overseeing the sales operation of their assigned area
- Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded
- Establish, maintain and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities
- Hire, develop and motivate sales personnel
- Has experience handling both General Trade and Modern Trade operations
Job Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in people management
- Preferably with experience in customer relationship management, planning and implementing sales strategies
- At least 2 years of working experience in the FMCG Industry or in a related field is required for this position
