Description of Functions:

Transport of Goods from Client

  • Assist in receiving goods from client.
  • Check quantity and packaging based on documents.
  • Load goods into the truck.
  • Ensure proper positioning of goods inside the truck.
  • Drive and transport goods.
  • Unload goods upon arrival at the warehouse.

Transport of Goods to the Client

  • Load goods into the truck.
  • Check goods inside the truck for proper positioning.
  • Drive and transport goods.
  • Unload goods upon arrival at the customer premises.

Documentation

  • Check completeness and validity of shipping documents.
  • Submit documents to PEZA guard for inspection and releasing stamp.

Transport of Employees

  • Safely shuttle employees to and from designated pick-up/drop-off points.
  • Ensure passenger safety at all times.

Reporting

  • Immediately report any accident, injury, or vehicle damage.
  • Record daily operations using Vehicle Operation Daily Record.

Safety and Maintenance of Vehicle

  • Perform BLOWBAGETS before driving to prevent breakdown or accidents.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and properly maintained.

Forklift Operation

  • Loading/unloading palletized goods using a forklift.
  • Moving goods around the warehouse and stacking on racks.

Maintain 5S

  • Follow workplace organization principles.

Other Tasks

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
