Work from Home, Philippines Amare Group Inc Full time

You are directly responsible for:

  • Collecting proof - having a predictable pipeline or flow of written/video testimonials, before/afters, UGC, and stories from our customers and community members that the marketing team can use.
  • Q&A / Claims library - a living bank of real questions + approved answers that feeds content, sales pages, and ads.
  • Engagement-Driven Content - develop high-impact content (video + written) that drives real engagement, surfaces questions members have always wanted to ask, and builds a strong, connected community culture.
  • Clean content tracking - every asset we get from members is logged with clear links, consent, and usage rights.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Story & proof generation

- Take over warm leads from the Data CSM (members with strong results or stories).

  • Members tagged as "Testimonial candidate", "UGC candidate", "Interview candidate", "Upsell candidate".

  • DM these members to:

  • Collect written reviews and testimonials.

  • Request before/after photos and UGC.
  • Record short video/voice testimonials or schedule simple interviews.

  • Schedule and conduct member interviews (chat, voice, or video):

  • Prepare simple question outlines.

  • Extract key quotes, claims, and emotional moments.

  • List down all assets collected/created in our content tracker.

  • Log every testimonial, UGC asset, interview, and quote.

  • Track links, consent status, usage rights, and any incentives given, if any.
  • Ensure marketing can quickly find assets by type, claim, or member profile.

2. Q&A / Claims Bank management

- Own the Q&A / Claims Bank tab:

  • Add new questions coming from:
  • Community posts and comments.
  • Member Success CSM's notes from DMs.
  • Interviews and testimonials.
  • Draft short, clear Answer Snippets in simple language.

  • Work with our niche expert/authority to:

  • Review, validate, and refine answers.

  • Mark entries "Approved".

  • Keep the Q&A bank usable:

  • Organize Q&A entries by theme (e.g. "Oily skin", "Side effects", "Consistency", "Chemicals/AI fears") so they're easy to reuse.

3. Community engagement & content

- Plan and post 5–7 community posts per week, focused on:

  • Conversation and vulnerability (men sharing struggles and wins)
  • Education (simple tips / myth-busting, often using Q&A answers)
  • Proof (case studies, "member of the week", before/after highlights)

  • Monitor comments and responses:

  • Note recurring pains, words, and phrases.

  • Flag new content ideas or objections to you + marketing.
  • Capture new questions and objections for the Q&A / Claims Bank.
  • Flag especially strong stories for deeper follow-up.

4. Coordination & Continuous Improvement

- Work closely with:

  • Data CSM - to receive warm leads and share what types of stories you need more of (age, skin type, objections).
  • Niche Expert/Authority - to validate claims, refine explanations, and approve sensitive answers before they're used publicly.
  • Marketing - to understand which stories/Q&As are performing in ads and vice versa.

  • Test small content experiments and log what works.

  • Different testimonial messages.

  • Different types of engagement posts.
  • Different interview formats.

5. AI & Tools

  • Comfortable and proactive in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to speed up research, writing, and daily work.
  • Able to write clear, structured prompts and refine them to get better outputs (not just copy-pasting generic questions).
  • Uses AI to summarize information, spot patterns, and organize ideas into simple, usable formats (tables, bullet points, checklists, scripts).
  • Disciplined about fact-checking and editing AI outputs instead of relying on them blindly.
  • Comfortable working inside Google Sheets / Docs / Drive and combining them with AI to systematize tasks.
  • Uses AI to brainstorm hooks, angles, and post ideas based on real member stories and objections.
  • Uses AI to turn raw interviews / testimonials into clean drafts (captions, post copies, email snippets), then edits them to sound natural and on-brand.
  • Able to use AI to help organize and tag assets (by theme, claim, objection, avatar) so marketing can easily find what they need.

Qualifications:- Curiosity and Resourcefulness: A genuine passion for learning and the ability to independently research and acquire new knowledge. A proactive and self-starting attitude is essential.- AI Proficiency: Must be comfortable and enthusiastic about using AI tools to streamline research, data analysis, and information access,- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific findings and strategic recommendations to a non-technical audience.- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think critically and present a balanced view of research, outlining both the advantages and disadvantages of a particular product or ingredient strategy.- 1 to 3+ years in any of the following:

  • Community management
  • Content / social media
  • Customer success with a storytelling component
  • Interviewing, journalism, or qualitative research

  • Strong written and spoken Taglish + English

  • Comfortable with:

  • Facebook Groups

  • Google Sheets (clean data entry, filters)
  • Google Docs / Drive

  • Able to manage multiple conversations at once and follow through until assets are delivered.

  • Comfortable on camera.

  • Asking people for stories, testimonials, photos, and videos in a respectful but direct way.

  • Recording or directing simple selfie videos (for prompts, explanations, or example formats).

  • Preferred / Bonus

  • You enjoy extracting stories, not just having small talk.

  • You're comfortable talking to Filipino men about their struggles (confidence, discipline, habits, skin) without being cringe.
  • You are organized: the idea of losing a testimonial or forgetting where you saved a video annoys you.
  • You see content as assets, not just posts - one strong story should be reused in many places.
  • You're comfortable giving light direction e.g. "Can you say this line again but mention how long you've been using it?"
  • You think in systems: when something works (e.g. a prompt that gets better testimonials), you document it and reuse it.
  • Experience with health, fitness, or skincare brands.
  • Experience working with men's communities or self-improvement spaces.
  • Basic understanding of direct response marketing (why specific proof and claims matter).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from PHP 20,000 to PHP 30,000 (gross), negotiable for exceptional candidates.
  • Bonuses: A structured, performance-based bonus plan tied to clear team and company deliverables.
  • Benefits: Includes government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month pay, and HMO coverage upon regularization.
  • Contract: Full-time employee status following a 6-month probationary period, with regularization based on performance review against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Work Setup:

  • Contract: This is a full-time, employment position (starting with a 6 month probationary period)
  • Location: This is a fully remote position, with potential for meet ups in Manila or Cebu as scheduled ahead.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PHT (includes a 1-hour break).
  • Equipment: Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a suitable personal device (laptop) for work in a dedicated, quiet workspace.
