Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commissary Head based in San Juan Greenhills, Manila. The Commissary Head will oversee all operations within the commissary, ensuring efficient production and high-quality standards for all culinary items. Responsibilities include planning and managing food production, maintaining inventory, supervising staff, and upholding food safety and hygiene standards. They will also collaborate with restaurant and café teams to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in culinary management, food preparation, and operations coordination
  • Experience in inventory management, cost control, and supply chain coordination
  • Proficiency in food safety standards, sanitation practices, and quality control
  • Leadership and team management capabilities to supervise and mentor staff effectively
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Relevant experience in the commissary or food production industry
  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
