KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed about company updates, policies, and performance goals.
  • Serve as the communication link between the Shared Services Centre and other departments.
  • Create scripts for customer interactions across multiple channels.
  • Produce internal materials such as newsletters, bulletins, and videos.
  • Manage the creation of instructional and educational videos for training and process improvement.
  • Develop campaigns and content that celebrate achievements, promote collaboration, and strengthen workplace culture.
  • Support communication efforts during organizational changes or crises.
  • Assist in creating communication materials for training and capability-building initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • With at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a shared services industry
  • Open to a day shift and full onsite role in BGC, Taguig

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
