JOB TITLE: New Account Developer (NAD)

Job Description:
The New Account Developer (NAD) is responsible for generating leads and opening new food service accounts, including hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and public market accounts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential new accounts
- Open new food service / public market accounts (HORECA)
- Prepare and submit NAD and lead management reports
- Track basic sales metrics and daily submissions
- Coordinate with Operations Manager and Distributor Sales Team
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (Excel preferred)
- Passion for food is an advantage
- Motorcycle riding experience is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and own motorcycle
Area Assignment:
La Union, Ilocos Norte, Benguet (Public Market Accounts)
Office/Warehouse:
LPS Alaska-Mondelez Warehouse
Reddrying Compound, Brgy. Calumbaya, Bauang, La Union
