Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and provide dedicated support
- Oversee smooth onboarding processes
- Assist with event rehearsals and client preparation
- Collaborate with Event and Digital teams for customer success
- Identify networking and business expansion opportunities
- Support sales with creative input for event packages
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Develop new business opportunities in "new-name" accounts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, digital sales, or event management
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills
- Positive "can-do" attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
