CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • to supervise and monitor progress of multiple on-going projects

  • to prepare accomplishment reports of on-going projects

  • to coordinate with different departments the construction timeline with regards to the ordering and delivery of owner-supplied materials, merchandise set-up and delivery, signages, etc.

Qualifications:

  • candidates must be a licensed Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years' experience preferably from a project management or construction company.

  • must be knowledgeable in Building, Electrical and Fire Codes.

  • must be knowledgeable on the process in the application of Building and related permits, zoning ordinances, and building utilities (water, power and telephone).

  • should be proficient in oral and written communications.

  • candidates must be willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City.
