We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant QS/QA Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for Licensed Civil Engineers, who are eager to gain hands-on experience in quantity surveying, quality assurance, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and evaluating architectural and engineering plans for accuracy and compliance

  • Provide support in quantity surveying works, including estimates, take-offs, and cost tracking

  • Participate in QA/QC activities to ensure that work on site meets approved specifications and standards

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel for project updates and requirements

  • Help monitor project timelines, materials, and work progress

  • Prepare documentation, reports, and records for both QS and QA teams

  • Conduct site visits as needed to validate progress and quality, and support inspections

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Advantage if major in Planning or Project Management

  • Knowledge in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications

  • Familiar with basic QA/QC processes, quantity take-offs, and project coordination

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD or project planning software is a plus

  • Willing to be based in Libis, Quezon City and travel to project sites when necessary

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn and grow in the field
