We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Systems Developer with strong expertise in 
Acumatica
, 
C#
, and 
MS SQL
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our ERP platform to support critical business operations in real estate, accounting, and project management. This role requires both technical proficiency and a strong understanding of business processes to ensure system reliability, seamless integrations, and compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.System Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Manage Acumatica patches, updates, and testing before rollout.
  • Monitor performance, backups, and system uptime.

2.Customization & Programming

  • Develop Acumatica Customization Projects (DAC extensions, validation logic, workflows, and screens).
  • Apply LINQ and generics to write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
  • Proficient in 
    C#
     and 
    MS SQL
    , with experience in database design, queries, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Java, C++, or other programming languages is an advantage.

3.ERP & Accounting Integration

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP business flows.
  • Customize modules for 
    real estate contracts, project costing, and sales/reservation flows
    .
  • Ensure all accounting entries align with 
    financial and tax reporting standards
    .

4.API & Third-Party Integrations

  • Build and support 
    RESTful API integrations
     with portals (sales, brokers, CRM, leasing).
  • Configure connections with 
    banks, payroll, and other third-party systems
    .

5.Debugging, Optimization & Problem-Solving

  • Troubleshoot errors in transactions, workflows, and code.
  • Debug system issues and optimize SQL queries and customizations for performance.
  • Apply 
    Agile methodologies
     (sprints, testing cycles) for ERP enhancements.

6.Collaboration & Version Control

  • Use 
    Jira, Git, or similar tools
     for issue tracking, code versioning, and collaboration with ERP partners and internal teams.
