About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Manager, Project Management and Transformation, to support strategic projects and transformation initiatives. The role requires strong project management expertise, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to apply automation, AI, speech analytics, and Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) technology solutions to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Act as a communication link between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with Operations, IT, and Quality teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Document clear and accurate business requirements.
  • Apply automation, AI, speech analytics, and CCaaS to optimize outcomes.
  • Track and report on transformation progress and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to best practices, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of project management or operations experience in a BPO/shared services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, speech analytics, AI, and CCaaS platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (scope, risk, stakeholder management).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to challenges.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum).
  • Background in digital transformation, process improvement, or advanced automation.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving operations, training, or quality.
