We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack WordPress & WooCommerce Designer/Developer to take ownership of our websites, enhance user experiences, and ensure seamless e-commerce performance across multiple brands.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be an expert in WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with strong design sensibility and proven experience in creating custom, scalable, and high-performance solutions. You will collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to deliver engaging websites that drive conversions and provide an outstanding customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress and WooCommerce websites for multiple brands.
  • Build custom themes, templates, and plugins as needed.
  • Optimize website accessibility (WCAG), performance, security, and scalability.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and payment gateways.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve UI/UX, site functionality, and SEO performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly.
  • Manage staging environments, version control, and deployment workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience in WordPress and WooCommerce development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Experience with custom plugin development and WooCommerce customization.
  • Solid understanding of website optimization (SEO, caching, performance tuning).
  • Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms a plus.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or other version control tools.
  • Strong design eye with knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Multi-site and multi-language WordPress setups.
  • Experience with global e-commerce operations (shipping, payments, taxes).
  • Understanding of GDPR/CCPA compliance for online businesses.
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple projects.
