Position: Machine Operator - Dressing Plant

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Employment Type: Full-Time (Shifting Schedule)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Machine Operator to join our Plant Operations team. The role is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, performing minor troubleshooting, and ensuring that machines run smoothly and efficiently. Ideal candidates must have experience in a manufacturing setup, with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to workplace safety.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical, or a related technical course
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in machine operation within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Skilled in basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance
  • Knowledgeable in mechanical and/or electrical systems and workplace safety protocols
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
  • Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting to prevent downtime
  • Monitor production parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate logs of operations, downtime, and maintenance activities
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, cleanliness, and plant procedures
  • Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules
