We seek a strategic, analytical marketer to lead brand positioning, develop clear marketing plans, and drive creative initiatives. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to implement branding strategies, manage projects, and strengthen corporate identity. B2B marketing experience—especially with channel partners—is essential. The ideal candidate is data-driven, skilled at identifying revenue opportunities, managing customer touchpoints, and representing the company at trade shows. Strong reporting and insight generation are also key.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive client revenue through approved sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze brand positioning, competition, and consumer insights to define target audiences
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans with clear objectives
- Gather market data to shape strategies that align with brand identity and business goals
- Lead creative development to engage target audiences and drive action
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness and report on impact, ROI, and KPIs
- Present marketing strategies, programs, and budgets to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement branding strategies and uncover insights
- Oversee budgeting, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen branding
- Conduct campaign analytics and extract insights to inform future strategies
- Identify revenue opportunities and drive consistent growth within client accounts
- Manage content, customer touchpoints, and support sales initiatives
- Develop targeted B2B marketing strategies for channel partners
- Act as liaison between sales, distribution, and marketing to align efforts
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability and partner support
- Monitor channel performance, address threats, and identify growth opportunities
- Represent the company at trade shows and partner events
- Forecast performance and create marketing collateral for partners
- Resolve issues raised by channel partners and implement corrective actions
Qualifications:
- With a minimum of five (5) years' work experience in the related field
- Work experience in a marketing and/or ad agency is an advantage
- Experience using marketing-related tools for planning, execution, and monitoring
- Wide range of marketing knowledge from traditional marketing, digital marketing, and search engine marketing
- A lead generation database is an advantage
- Other foreign language proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
- Willing to work on weekends
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or any related field
