Role Overview:
The Contracts Coordinator I plays a key role in supporting the administration of contract programs and service maintenance agreements. This position ensures accuracy in data entry, efficient contract processing, and smooth day-to-day operations that contribute to excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain copier, Managed Print Services (MPS), and Production Print (PP) contracts.
- Process routine contract transactions, including billing, renewals, cancellations, returns, and addendums.
- Address basic customer billing inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide Sales Representatives with accurate contract details and usage reports.
- Keep contracts and related documents organized and up to date.
- Ensure data integrity when entering contract and billing details into company systems.
- Participate in company and departmental meetings as required.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines, including timely time entry.
- Handle other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in contracts, billing, or administrative support preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating well in a team environment.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Work Details:
- Schedule: Night Shift
- Setup: 100% Remote (work-from-home), open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines
