Ortigas Metro Manila, Philippines AGL Facades Inc. Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱1,500,000 per year

Role and Responsibilities:

o Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed facade drawings.

o Manage and lead drafting teams to ensure project milestones are met.

o Review and verify the accuracy / constructability of construction documents.

o Oversee the design, development, and execution of façade projects.

o Coordinate with clients, project managers, architects to understand project requirements and expectations and to ensure project success.

o Mentor and inspire team members and evaluate their performance, as assessed by Technical Director

o Stay updated on industry trends and standards to ensure high-quality output.

o Contribute to the development of innovative drafting techniques / standards

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

o Architecture degree preferred over other engineering disciplines.

o Candidates without a bachelor's degree must demonstrate 20+ years of relevant experience.

o At least 15 years of experience in façade design and project management

o Experience must include multiple façade systems including curtain wall, cladding, and glazing.

o Proficiency in AutoCAD software is a must.

o Proficiency on other relevant drafting tools (Revit, Rhino, Inventor, etc.) is a plus.

o Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of team management.

o Must have proven experience managing teams of 6-10 people.

o Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

o Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
