The primary role is to support the development and day-to-day management of co-branded products with key partners. The Co-Brand Senior Specialist helps identify growth opportunities, assist with product launches, and support campaign execution to drive performance and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating co-brand opportunities aligned with business goals
  • Support the launch and daily operations of co-branded card programs
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as customer acquisition, activation, and usage
  • Coordinate execution of promotional and marketing campaigns
  • Support operational items as partner onboarding, internal process coordination, and issue resolution
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and partners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements

What You Need To Have

  • At least 3 years of experience in credit card programs, partnership roles, or related fields
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects of the financial services industry
