Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of all pharmaceutical products
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications to customers/clients
  • Maintain the integrity and quality control of all pharmaceutical products
  • Help customers/clients with bookings, orders, and timely updates.
  • Utilize computer software, such as Google Sheets, for record-keeping and inventory management

Requirements:

  • MUST BE A GRADUATE OF BS PHARMACY ONLY
  • MUST BE A BOARD PASSER AS A REGISTERED PHARMACIST (PRC ID NOT NEEDED YET)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Basic to average written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with computer software, such as Google Sheets or Excel
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficient in Google Sheets to manage inventory and orders
  • Must possess valid Philippine work authorisation
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets including complex formulas and advanced features required
