We are looking for an Office-based Pharmacist.

Job Description:

  • In charge of monitoring vaccines, cold chain storage, and ensuring proper handling of the products
  • In charge of the inventory and maintenance of stocks such as vaccines, on-site vaccination materials, medicines, ice gels, and styro boxes
  • Monitors the availability of stocks, prices, brands, and expiry of the vaccines and medicines from principals/ suppliers to be purchased
  • Coordinates with the supplier to request CPR, CGMP, and LRC of the product
  • Prepares Purchase Request and Purchase Order for vaccines, medicines, on-site vaccination materials, and other supplies
  • Coordinates with the suppliers to confirm the Purchase Order and delivery schedule of the items ordered.
  • In charge of the preparation of the vaccines and medicines to be dispatched to different customers
  • Check and receive the delivery of the vaccines, medicines, and other items if it matches to PO.
  • Handles on-site vaccination activities schedules and assigns the required medical team needed for the on-site vaccination
  • Maintains and updates the database of the product to its costs per supplier
  • In charge of the processing of the FDA License to Operate and other FDA-related documents

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • PRC Licensed Pharmacist
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Preferably with work experience in FDA-related matters
  • Has the ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision
  • Must be organized, a fast learner, and keen on details
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
