Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales processes such as order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns.
  • Configure and customize SAP SD components, including sales documents, pricing procedures, master data, output determination, and shipping processes.
  • Integrate SD with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and other modules as needed.
  • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and custom reports.
  • Conduct configuration reviews, system testing, and UAT support.
  • Troubleshoot issues across the OTC cycle and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  • Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and standard business practices.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales & Distribution processes.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration (pricing, order management, shipping, billing).
  • Knowledge of integration points with MM, FI/CO, PP, and EWM/WM.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to convert business requirements into system solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in S/4HANA (especially SD Fiori apps, BP, and advanced ATP) is an advantage
