Job Summary:

Purchasing Duties:

  • Source suppliers and request price quotations for materials, equipment, and services.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for restocking.
  • Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding delays, pricing issues, or quality concerns.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and performance tracking.

Administrative Duties:

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist with document control, ensuring that purchase documents are properly archived.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather purchasing requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and assist in preparing necessary documentation for procurement meetings.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports related to purchasing and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Familiarity with procurement software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Amenable to work in Cubao-QC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php18,070.00 per month
