About the role

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support the APAC CommOps Organizational Unit (OU) in driving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and strategic alignment across programs.

This role will focus on analyzing performance trends, improving reporting structures, and coordinating initiatives that help the team make data-driven decisions and deliver on business priorities.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational knowledge, thrives in fast-paced environments, and well-versed in turning data into insights that improve execution and impact.

What You'll Do

Performance Reporting and Insights

● Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards or trackers to monitor operational KPIs, project progress, and business outcomes.

● Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems to generate actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.

● Support quarterly and monthly business reviews through data preparation and performance commentary.

Business Partnering

● Serve as a point of contact for data and reporting inquiries within the supported OUs.

● Support leadership in analysis, data validation, and operational deep dives.

● Build productive relationships across APAC and Global teams to align business metrics, and performance standards.

Operational Excellence and Process Improvement

● Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, data accuracy, and consistency.

● Document and standardize workflows, ensuring alignment with Global and regional processes.

● Partner with cross-functional teams to implement small-scale improvements and track their impact.

Basic qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

● 2+ years of experience in Operations, Analytics, or business support within a corporate or tech environment.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and data visualization (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, Looker).

● Clear written and verbal communication, able to translate data into concise insights.

● Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

● Familiarity with SQL or other data query tools is a plus.

● Experience supporting business reviews or performance reporting cycles.

● Demonstrated curiosity for process improvement and operational analytics.
