This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Shopify Developer
who's skilled at building beautiful, high-performing eCommerce experiences. In this role, you'll bring ideas to life by customizing themes, creating smooth integrations, and making sure our store runs fast and feels effortless for customers. You'll work closely with designers and product teams to craft experiences that don't just look good, but convert. If you love solving tricky problems, staying curious about new Shopify features, and sweating the small details that make a big impact, this one's for you

You're a match if you:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores - from themes to apps and integrations.
  • Make sure every page feels fast, responsive, and delightful across devices.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and fine-tune performance until everything just works.
  • Dive into Liquid, Shopify APIs, and custom sections to build tailored solutions.
  • Keep SEO and analytics in mind so stores don't just run well but also scale well.
  • Stay curious: keep up with Shopify updates, app ecosystem changes, and eCommerce trends.
  • Team up with designers and product folks to turn concepts into reality.

Profile Wishlist:

  • Proven experience as a Shopify Developer (portfolio of live stores a must).
  • Strong skills in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Shopify Plus and scaling high-traffic stores.
  • Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs, third-party apps, and payment gateways.
  • A solid grasp of responsive design and cross-browser quirks.
  • Experience with Shopify Checkout UI Extensibility.
  • Familiarity with React, , or other modern frameworks.
  • Willingness to work on-site daily at our BGC office and collaborate in person with the team.
