Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible for ensuring the growth and profitability of the assigned district. He/She will lead a team to achieve the sales goal of the organization. The position is also responsible for identifying sales opportunities, creating and implementing a Marketing/Sales plan, identifying and maintaining customers, participating in trade shows and attending regular customer meetings.

Requirements:

  • The Candidate must possess a Degree in Agriculture, Business, Vet. Medicine or any related course.
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in sales and marketing gained from the animal industry, particularly in Feed Additives; at least 2 years of which are in managerial or supervisory level
  • Must possess a strong background and updated knowledge of the industry's market, products, customers, and technologies.
  • Must have excellent skills on the following: Project Management, Negotiation, People Management, Presentation, Coaching and mentoring, Problem-solving and Decision making
  • Must be a team player; must be interpersonally active and customer-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are an advantage.
  • Must know how to drive (with a valid Driver's License) and must be willing to do fieldwork.
  • Must be residing anywhere in Mindanao

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
