About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the financial team at PETROPLAS TRADING INCORPORATED' as a Treasury Assistant. In this dynamic full-time role based in San Pedro City Laguna, you will play a key part in supporting the company's treasury operations and financial management initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the daily cash management and treasury activities, including forecasting, liquidity management, and bank account reconciliations
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and presentations for management
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of treasury systems and processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as banks and finance teams, to ensure efficient treasury operations
  • Provide administrative support to the treasury team as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years' experience in a treasury or finance role, preferably within the banking and financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with financial data and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field would be an advantage
