JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and implement assigned projects involving Mechanical Equipment/Fields
  • Formulate plans, scope, specifications, concept designs, layout for assigned projects including all necessary details
  • Prepare cost estimate and purchase requisition of labor, materials and equipment
  • Prepare Project schedule and Management Action Plan for assigned projects
  • Coordinate with different functions (i.e. Civil and Electrical)
  • Conduct pre-bid and post-bid, and evaluate the bid proposal submitted by suppliers
  • Prepare technical scorecard presentation for management approval
  • Generate Technical Exhibit and Notice to Proceed
  • Conduct the project kick-off meeting together with concerned parties
  • Ensure that all Projects are in conformance with the Standards and Specifications of the Project Plan and Design
  • Verify the delivered materials versus the Bill of Quantity
  • Monitor and ensure that the project schedule is on track and validate work stoppages claimed by the supplier
  • Ensure that the acceptance parameters are being complied as agreed in the Technical Exhibit
  • Coordinate closely with different BUs to ensure success in the execution of tasks and in meeting the company's goal and ideas
  • Implement and monitor adherence of Contractors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors to Company Rules and Regulations, and gives due Disciplinary Action as deemed necessary
  • Generate and check the required documents for Certificate of Project Completion.
  • Evaluate the performance of the supplier based on the completed project

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least two (2) years of work experience in Mechanical Design, installation of Manufacturing and utilities equipment, project management and with knowledge in drafting works. ISO background will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD (2D), MS Office (i.e Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • With leadership and human resources management skills, and good presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable in Mechanical foundation and codes, power generation and distribution, lightings & fixtures, motor control and inspection systems
  • Must be willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
  • Must be willing to do field work in other provincial sites

Location: Cabuyao, Laguna

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
