Pizza Italia is looking for a General Accountant with a passion for accuracy, a knack for organization, and the drive to keep our financial records impeccable. As part of Pizza Italia's growing team, you'll help ensure our financial processes run seamlessly.

Your role will be pivotal in maintaining financial integrity, assisting in compliance, and ensuring that all monetary matters are handled professionally and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

  • Keep our Account Receivables up-to-date and resolve invoice-related issues promptly.
  • Issue, prepare, and organize invoices with precision.
  • Monitor and track Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records for the company.
  • Prepare and process employee payroll, ensuring accuracy in compensation.
  • Handle employee benefits remittances and related documentation.
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
  • Review and check liquidation reports for advances to ensure compliance.
  • Update financial data promptly to support decision-making processes.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions and records.

What We Require

  • Proven experience in compliance and bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., Quickbooks, Xero, etc.).
  • Willingness to work onsite in Las Pinas City.
