Farm Supervisor

Key Task Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Production Supervisor for proper identification of DOC by source, strain, lots and by groupings.
- Ensures that DOC's are inspected by QC Crews for quality and correct counting.
- Conducts chick quality assessment using PASGAR Scoring Method and chick length scoring.
- Ensure proper chick storage thru rectal temperature determination.
- Supervises vaccination of DOC as requested by the CG Department and ensures that vaccination used are cleaned and sterilized properly.
- Ensures compliance of the vaccinators and QC crews to company policies, rules and regulations.
- Monitors and checks proper cleaning and disinfection of chick crates and proper preparation for trimmings.
- Monitors and prepares vac-med inventory report (daily, weekly, and monthly basis).
- Monitors proper cleaning, disinfections, sanitation and maintenance of chick room and chick holding room.
Qualifications:
- BS Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or any other related courses
- With or without working experience on related fields
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Exhibit good leadership
- Keen to details
- Flexible
